Our story
A passion passed down from father to son...
It all began in 1937, when the Guilmin family founded their paint factory in On-Jemelle. This was the starting point of a true success story, which continues today to write beautiful pages.
True to its Ardennes origins, the family chose to remain in the region when the factory was relocated in 2006, moving to a larger environment: the WEX zoning area in Marche-en-Famenne. This growth was the result of a constant demand for quality and a precise response to customer expectations, allowing the company to build a solid reputation in the paint market and to see the demand for its products grow steadily.
Today, Guilmin holds a leading position in the paint industry in Belgium and Europe, particularly thanks to its Private Label department. The company is present in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, and is now opening up to new horizons in Africa and the United States.
For over 86 years, Guilmin has demonstrated its ability to adapt to market changes. Its expertise, combined with attentive listening, allows it to support its clients and fully meet their needs. The key to its success lies in a constant ambition: to ensure customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products, tailored services, and exemplary responsiveness.
